Life Cycle Assessment Guidebook
As a global alternative asset management firm working hand-in-hand with GLP, a global logistics real estate developer and operator, we are placing a heightened focus on reducing our embodied carbon from our development projects – a critical step that we aim to achieve to meet our firmwide decarbonization ambitions.
To address this, we have developed a proprietary Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Guidebook, supplemented by an international data set of more than 50 GLP logistics assets, that provides a standardized framework to measure potential greenhouse gas emissions from our new developments across the globe.
